1 Thessalonians 1:1-5   (second reading)
Paul, Silvanus and Timothy write a short beautiful letter to the church of the Thessalonians.
It is not only for them, but for all of Christians striving to live a life of faith, hope and love.

“Grace to you and peace.”
“We give thanks to God always for all of you,”
(Take moment of prayer thanking God for your family & friends)

“Unceasingly calling to mind your work of faith,
Knowing your labor of love and endurance in hope of our Lord Jesus Christ,
“Knowing brothers and sisters loved by God, how you were chosen.
(Recall & gives thanks that you were chosen and give thanks that God daily empowers you.)
